3. Purposes of Processing

Providing the service (plant management, personalised advice).Sending push notifications (only with consent).Improving the service through aggregated analytics (only with consent).

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the user's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) for analytical and profiling cookies, and on performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) for the data necessary to operate the service.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of your use of the service. Upon account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.

6. Data Sharing

Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email) acting as data processors.

7. User Rights
