User support
For technical issues (login, notifications, greenhouse sync, AI identification malfunctions) please attach a screenshot when possible and mention your device and browser: it helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.
Response times
We usually reply within 24-48 hours on working days. Weekends and holidays may take a little longer. For plant-health emergencies (a seriously sick plant), the app already has a free instant AI diagnosis: use it before waiting for an email reply.
